RoBovines Inc. Refund Policy

At RoBovines Inc., we understand that plans can change. To help us effectively plan our programs, staffing, and materials while remaining as fair as possible to our families, we have established the following refund policy:

• Cancellations made at least two (2) weeks before the program start date are eligible for a 90% refund of the registration fee. The remaining 10% is retained to cover administrative and processing costs.
• If you register within two (2) weeks of the program start date, you may cancel your registration within 24 hours of registering and receive a 90% refund of your registration fee.
• Cancellations made less than two (2) weeks before the program start date (or more than 24 hours after registering if the registration was made within two weeks of the program) are not guaranteed a refund. Any refund issued after this point is at the sole discretion of RoBovines Inc. and will be determined based on factors such as program expenses, staffing commitments, and the ability to fill the participant’s spot.
• If a refund is approved after these deadlines, the amount refunded will also be determined at the discretion of RoBovines Inc.
